Attorney General denounces 75 accused of involvement with the CCP

The São Paulo public prosecutor denounced, by a criminal badociation, 75 persons accused of being linked to the criminal faction of the First Commandment of the Capital (CCP). The action is part of Operation Echelon, launched in June this year, with the aim of dismantling the CCP sector responsible for the faction's interstate branch in 14 states and neighboring countries.

In their investigations, the police were able to recover fragments of letters that were distributed by prisoners in President Venceslau's maximum-security prison during routine inspections. On the scene, was arrested Marco Williams Herbas Camacho, Marcola, leader of the criminal faction.

The manuscripts were subjected to a graphic examination by the Institute of Forensic Science, which concluded that the annotations came from suspects. With the material, it was possible to identify the execution of homicides, rebellions, attacks on forums, the distribution of weapons and drugs, attacks on public officials and organs. state, as well as the fomentation of the factions in the states.

According to the Crown, the cell acted as a communications network to execute orders from organized crime leaders inside the penitentiaries. One of the letters even mentioned that members of other states would go to São Paulo to learn how to bademble bombs for use in future actions.
