247 – In order to create a smokescreen covering Bolsogate, Jair Bolsonaro's lawyers (PSL-RJ) appealed on Monday (10), asking Minister Celso de Mello, The Federal Supreme Court ( STF) is reviewing the filing of a complaint filed last August by MP Jean Wyllys (PSOL-RJ) for insult and defamation.
The complaint was filed last November because Mr. Bolsonaro's lawyers missed the deadline. According to Bolsonaro, Jean Wyllys allegedly committed a crime against honor during an interview broadcast live on a social network run by the newspaper "O Povo"
. Bolsonaro wore the cape "fascist" and "donkey", according to lawyers, even though Jean Wyllys did not mention his name, the interview clearly showed that it was safe for him was acting from Bolsonaro. The lawyers' conclusion is that Jean reportedly referred to a person affiliated with the PP, the former Bolsonaro party.
