Brazil has had 62 deaths and 1659 confirmed cases of dengue fever in 2018, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Health on Friday (6). Of the confirmed infections, 136 cases were considered severe and 1523 with warning signs.
Data were recorded between December 31, 2017 and June 9, 2018. According to the ministry, the Central West region had the highest number of probable dengue cases (37.5%).

The government confirmed eight deaths by chikungunya in 2018. There were 30,251 confirmed cases in June 2018. The Southeast region had the highest number of cases:

Municipalities with the highest number of zika cases :
- (19659007) São Gonçalo (MT): 30.3 cases / 100 thousand inhabitants
- São Gonçalo (19659007) (RJ): 24 cases / 100 thousand inhabitants
In adults, the Ministry of Health has not registered any deaths with the Zika virus in 2018. Since 2015, however, the record represents 327 child deaths related to the virus.
Yet another 53 deaths were clbadified as probable. In them, it was not possible to perform more accurate tests.
