In Canada, terminals were closed at the Calgary airport in Canada (20) after police received information that an alleged sniper was on site with a rifle. Mark Smith, a spokesman for the police, said on Twitter that some pbadengers would have confused a musical instrument with the gun.
Police said they had responded to an airport connection "concerning a possible disturbance involving a weapon in the terminal," but found no problem. Despite this, the international terminal remained closed for a few minutes and flights were affected.

A video posted on Twitter showed people running after police ordered them to return to the terminal and stay there until the area was cleared.
This is not the first time that such a disorder occurs at the Calgary Airport. In June 2017, the communicator made a false announcement that a sniper was at the airport. He caused panic at the terminals. After the confusion, more than 30 flights were delayed.
