The request was approved by 226 votes to 48, with 6 abstentions. The Temer government base submitted the urgent request in the afternoon with 284 support.
Bill 10.332 / 2018 creates the conditions for the sale of six state-controlled distributors, but encounters operational problems and financial difficulties: Amazonas Energia, Electoral Power Plants of Rondônia (Ceron), Companhia de Electricidad Acre (Eletroacre), Companhia Energética de Alagoas (Ceal), Companhia of Energia do Piauí (Cepisa) and Boa Vista Energia, of Roraima. Distributors do not have a concession contract and Eletrobrás will take over the debts, which will make the auction more attractive for companies. The project is one of the priorities of the Palazzo Plbadto, who wants approval before the parliamentary holidays.
