The approved rule states that the maximum amount of the benefit will be reviewed annually by the NYC and that the amounts to be paid for the badistance must be included in the budget of each judicial organ.

The resolution states that, in the case of ministers of higher jurisdictions, the payment of badistance is defined by each court.
