The Administrative Court of Cundinamarca in Bogotá on Thursday sentenced the construction company Odebrecht to a fine of 800 billion pesos (about 251 million US dollars) and prohibited him from contracting with official entities during 10 years, consequences of the acts of corruption in which she was involved in Colombia.
By this decision, the court accepted the request of Attorney General Fernando Carrillo to "protect the administrative morality and the defense of public property" against Odebrecht.

In addition, the court banned the construction company "for 10 years" from entering into contracts with official entities and declared the total suspension of the contract of Rota do Sol, its additions and modifications.
