The study was conducted by the German company Result Sports specialized in sports marketing. In the world ranking, Corinthians is in 15th position. He is the only representative of the continent in the top 15.

The survey, to note, takes into account Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Sina Weibo (a kind of Chinese Twitter), Dailymotion, Flickr, Foursquare, Google+, Periscope, SoundCloud, RenRen, Tencent , WeChat and YouKu – Corinthians do not have a lot of profile, thus enhancing the feat.
