Cruzeiro agreed to hire Rodriguinho. The contract was signed between all parties Friday and the club is only waiting for their arrival to Bosnia and Herzegovina to make this announcement. The businessman Eduardo Maluf, very active in Middle East football, attended the negotiation.
The values of the purchase are defined. A source who participated in the negotiations informed SuperFC that Cruzeiro would pay 4 million euros for the hiring of the attacking midfielder.
The amount will be divided into two tranches of 2 million euros. The first will now be paid and the second in November. This was the last change in the negotiation which initially provided for a third installment in 2020.
The main sponsor, announced Wednesday by Cruzeiro, revealed club president, Wagner Pires of Sá Radio Super, will pay 1 million from euros to Pyramids. With that, the transaction will cost 5 million euros.
Rodriguinho must arrive in Belo Horizonte Wednesday morning and the contract will have a duration of three years. The Corinthians tried to repatriate the attacking midfielder during the negotiation, but the proposed loan was refused by the pyramids. Rodriguinho had yet another proposal from Arabia, but had chosen to return to Brazil.
