S toney Westmoreland was arrested in Salt Lake City, Utah after organizing a meeting with an alleged 13-year-old teenager who raped her. However, the victim was actually a police officer in disguise.
The artist was known to play the grandfather of the Disney Channel's Andi Mack series, in which he plays with several teenagers and tweens.

Shortly after the arrest of the actor, the "Disney" and the "Channel" issued a statement in which he announced his resignation. "Given the nature of the allegations and our responsibility towards our minor employees, we release him from his current role and he will not return to work on the series.
