The group "C" focuses on the treatment and diagnosis of three types of skin cancer, which account for 95% of the events: basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma the most common (70% of cases) and less aggressive ( 20% to 25% of cases), usually caused by solar lesions with little risk of metastasis and can be treated with simple surgery when diagnosed early, and melanoma (5% of cases), which is more serious and can lead to death if it is not treated in time.
