US President Donald Trump will pressure Russian leader Vladimir Putin on Moscow's refusal to interfere in the 2016 US elections when they meet next month, the security advisor said on Sunday. National John Bolton (30).
Bolton said that he had discussed US concerns about Russian interference in the 2016 elections and the November general election during his visit to Moscow last Wednesday.
"Interference in the elections is certainly something we talked about," Bolton said in an interview with the US CBS network. "I think it's something we need to worry about and why the president should raise the issue again."
