BMW driver who hit four people of the same family on Friday night (29) is on remand, killing three people. The mother, Cristiana Aparecida Solange Coelho, 43, and her 9 year old daughter died at the crash site in the Campo Limpo neighborhood. A one year old baby was saved but could not resist. Only one boy, also new, survived. The information comes from Agência Brasil.

The São Paulo Court of Appeal ruled Saturday (30) the arrest of Mohamed Abdul Hbadan, 33, after he was sentenced to custody . Trampling occurred on the Avenida Carlos Caldeira Filho, in front of the Capelinha terminal, south of São Paulo, at 18:43.

According to the bulletin, witnesses testified that the black BMW was traveling at high speed, exceeding the legal limit and that the family was crossing the pedestrian. The driver did not provide any help, but the people who witnessed the accident sued Hbadan and managed to prevent the leak.

The public safety service reported that the driver's breathalyzer was negative. The car was apprehended for administrative irregularities in Detran (State Department of Traffic). The case was registered in the 89th police district, in Jardim Taboão, as manslaughter and a bodily injury to a motor vehicle.
