Dynamo Kiev makes a proposal to take Junior Tavares from São Paulo

SÃO PAULO, SP (UOL / FOLHAPRESS) – Dynamo Kiev can hire another Brazilian player. After hitting Tchê Tchê, the former Palmeiras, the Ukrainian club made a proposal from Junior Tavares, of São Paulo. On the plans of coach Diego Aguirre, the left-back has been released from the Habs practice this week to discuss with his club representatives that he will defend.

Ukrainians are not the only ones who have shown interest to the player. Vitória also contacted the staff of the room to make a proposal, but they could not reach an agreement. At first, the Bahians would like to have the left back loaned until the end of this season.

This is not the first time that the player also arouses the interest of a foreign club. In 2017, Ajax, from the Netherlands, even sent an employee to Brazil to follow the performance of Junior Tavares. Already in May of this year, he underwent a test period in Rennes, France. However, Europeans have not hired him for financial reasons.

Junior Tavares appeared in São Paulo last year. Graduate of Grêmio and contracted by the Tricolore always as basic player, he was promoted professional by Rogério Ceni. With the former goalkeeper in the lead of the team, he became one of the most important players of the cast. Gradually, however, lost income and space in the Tricolor. This year, only played five matches – the last on April 16, against Paraná. At the age of 21, Junior Tavares has a contract with São Paulo until June 30, 2021.
