Examinations of the Adolfo Lutz Institute also revealed the presence of four inhabitants of the city with yellow fever, hospitalized and treated at the Hospital das Clínicas and Emílio Ribas, in São Paulo. The fifth resident with yellow fever is hospitalized at the Pariquera-Açu regional hospital.

A 34-year-old woman, also hospitalized in Pariquera-Açu, was confirmed by the disease according to tests but was released Wednesday (16).
