The average price of gasoline for the consumer ended the week down 1%, which represents a decrease of R $ 0.04, for a total of R $ 4,505 per liter. The data are part of the weekly survey of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), published Friday (30). During the month, the drop in value at the pump was approximately 4%, the equivalent of R $ 0.21. The decline is less than Petrobras' readjustment in refineries, 1.3% week and 17% month.
The value represents an average of the prices calculated by the ANP from the data collected in the stations and can therefore vary according to the region.

The fall in the average price of gasoline for the final consumer was lower than that of refineries. In November, Petrobras reduced the price of gasoline in refineries by R $ 0.32, or about 17%. This week, the drop was 1.4%, or R $ 0.02.
The cuts are part of Petrobras' price policy to monitor international prices. For example, the oil company rebalances fuel values almost daily, depending on factors such as the exchange rate and the price of a barrel of oil. The transfer or not of the adjustments to the final consumer depends on the stations.
Petrobras
According to Petrobras' latest calculation, the price charged by the company to refineries represents less than a third (26%) of the amount paid by consumers.
The figures suggest that, in recent months, the posts have increased their profit margin. Currently, 18% of the final price corresponds to the costs and benefits of distributors and service stations. In May, this share was 12% and at the end of October 14%.
Tuesday (27), the ANP asked the main Slave fuel distributors why the reduction in the price of gasoline in refineries has not reached the final consumer. The companies have a period of 15 days from the request to answer.
"A significant reduction in prices of gasoline A was observed by Petrobras, without this decision reaching the final consumer," said the ANP in a note on this occasion.

During the past year, the average price of gasoline for the end consumer has already increased by almost 10% – a much higher variation than the expected inflation for 2018, less than 4%, according to the latest Focus newsletter issued by the Central Bank with market expectations.

The average price of gasoline For the end consumer, the diesel also finished the week and the month down and, like gasoline, the decline was also more in the refineries as in the pumps
According to the average published by the ANP, the average value per liter for the final consumer closed the week at R $ 3 640, a decrease of about 0.3% the maine and 2% the month.
In refineries, Petrobras reduced the value of fuel to R $ 1.7984, a decrease of about 15% in November.
Petrobras adjusted the value of diesel in refineries, often lower than that of gasoline, under the agreement reached in June to end the truckers' strike. The transfer or not to the final consumer also depends on the stations.
In 2018, the average price of diesel for the final consumer reaches a maximum of 9.4% – that is to say that, as for gasoline, the rise is greater than the 39, inflation expected for the whole of the year.
The PNA also publishes weekly average prices for liters of ethanol and gas stoves.
This week, the average price per liter of ethanol was 2,869 rands, a weekly decrease of 1.3%. In November, the decline was 3.8%. In the year, the average price per liter of ethanol accumulated dropped by 1.4%.
The LPG price fell 0.17% during the week but ended the month up 1% to R $ 69.37. During the year, kitchen gas has accumulated close to 3%.
