The heat and the arrival of the sea breeze cause heavy rains, a state of attention and flooding points in the city of São Paulo this Monday afternoon (14).
According to the City Emergency Management Center (CGE), the afternoon started hot and sunny, with temperatures above 30 ° C and humidity indices above 40%.
The rains began with the southern zone, moved to the southeastern region, reached the eastern zone and finally the central and northern areas of the capital.
At 5:45 pm, the suburb of Itaquera in the East Zone went into high alert when the Green River overflowed into Rua Cunha Porã. There have been hail falls in Tatuapé, Sapopemba, Vila Formosa and Carrão.
In the southern zone, the CGE recorded an impbadable flooding point on Interlagos Avenue, at Rua Engenheiro Dagoberto Salles Filho. Globocop has registered another one at United Nations Avenue.

City Council recommends residents of these areas to avoid transit through flooded streets, not to cope with currents, to stay out of the way of the electrical network and not to shelter under the trees.
