If you are thinking of switching to a mobile operator, you are not alone, far from it. NZN Intelligence revealed that 43% of Brazilians wanted to switch from a phone company looking for better services and solutions to the problems caused by their current operators.

Interestingly, many people are satisfied. in this percentage – 39%, to be more precise. The others are little or not satisfied with the services provided. The main motivation for change is the search for a better value of the plan paid monthly by customers, a factor cited by 47% of those who would be confronted with a change.

Problems of instability of services (33, 5%), coverage (28.5%), service (10.7%) and collection (10%).

What is most useful when choosing a carrier is the price of the plan. 40% of the survey participants defined the company that would provide services for the delivery of affordable packages, while the indication of family and friends was cited by 32% of users. Additional services such as free social networks and various benefits were also mentioned, but they did not weigh heavily in the decisions.

The survey also made it possible to determine which operators displeased their customers. Oi is most cited as a business that respondents are more likely to give up, with 60.8% of customer intentions, followed by Vivo (47.8%) and Algar (44.8%).

As for customer dissatisfaction with operators, Oi came in first at 51.6%, followed by Porto Seguro (43.7%) and Sercomtel (42.7%).

The NZN Intelligence study was conducted online. and collected responses from 2,000 Brazilians with a mobile operator. 47% of companies wishing to change companies have prepaid plans, 30% of subscribers use a control plan and 22.8% of postpaid subscriptions.
