Siro Darlan

One of the STJ's investigations originates from Resende (RJ). The economist Ricardo Abbud, president of the Retail Trade Union of the municipality, was arrested in 2015 and 21 others were accused of committing irregularities at the city council. The other case being investigated is that of prisoner Samyr Jorge João David, who is responsible for attempted theft, theft and interception. His arrest was pronounced in June 2016. Darlan asked to be exonerated after the incident, but continued to maintain relations with the former counselor.
In 2017, Darlan volunteered for shifts. Regarding the freedom granted to Samyr, Darlan said that he did not remember the case.
