For Lawrence Simons as for many students, courses are often boring. But in the case of this eight-year-old Belgian boy, the reason is not the one you are thinking about. "Sometimes the other students were slow to answer, so I answered for them," he explains to the VRT mic.

Different from others
Parents of Laurent guarantee that they quickly realized that the son was different from the other boys. On television RTBF, the father explained: "It was difficult for him to play with the other children, he observed what happened, he did things differently, he did not know what to do with toys . "
Mathematics is your favorite subject, but you still do not know what you want to be when you grow up. Surgeon, astronaut, were occupations that interested him. Now he is facing computers. "But if he decides tomorrow that he wants to become a carpenter, this does not pose us any problem, as long as he is happy," his father told RTBF
. Laurent himself explains: "My favorite subject is mathematics, there are many paths."
