More than 300 kg of cocaine were located late Thursday afternoon (6) by teams of the Federal Tax Service in the port of Santos. The drug was in a container, in the middle of a cargo to the port of Antwerp in Europe. With this apprehension, more than a ton was found only last week.
The location of the drug was determined by the action of the Federal Revenue sniffer dog, who located it in a metal box ready for shipment, with metal drums with

The drug was covered with recycled sugar bags and some water mixed with the residues of the exported product. The trick did not prevent the drug from being localized. In total, 363 kilos of cocaine were seized.
More than a ton in five days
This is the third major seizure made by the organ in Porto in five days.
Cocaine tablets were placed in metal drums (advertising / federal revenue)
. On Sunday (2), 402 kilograms of cocaine were in a container, inside a ship bound for Antwerp. The following day, an additional 285 kilograms of the drug were also seized in a container, inside a boat, heading to Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
For these three seizures alone, the total quantity of cocaine seized was 1.05 tons. The material was seized and sent to the federal police station. In 2018, the number of seizures has already exceeded the total number of drugs located in Porto in 2017 (11 539 kg) and in 2016 (10 622 kg), according to the Federal Revenue and Federal Police
