Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro returned Monday (3) to Russia, where he will hold a working meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"I will go to Moscow where I will have a working meeting with President Vladimir Putin," Maduro said at Simón Bolívar International Airport.
Maduro generally refers to Russia, which provides Venezuela with weapons, technologies and other resources, as a "strategic ally" of its multilateral policy.
