A novelty for taxpayers who will pay the down payment tax and the urban territorial tax (IPTU). In 2019, the tax can be divided into 10 times (with the first payment for the 28/02 and the last for the 29/11) and still benefit from a 10% discount at each maturity. For those who prefer to pay in one quota, the discount will be 15% with maturity on February 2nd.
On Friday (December 28th), the Planning, Budget and Management Secretariat provides an update on the IPTU Card issuance system – invoices should be sent to residences starting January 7th.
The tax will also be available from January 28th to be removed from the Town Hall website (www.marica.org). and in the integrated municipal systems (SIM) of the center (Rua Álvares de Castro, 2525, after the city channel), Inoã (avenue Gilberto de Carvalho, at the first entry of Itaipuaçu) and Itaipuaçu (bus terminal – Rua, Professor Cardoso de Menezes, former Rua 1) and in Digital House (on the Plaza de Barros, Orlando, Center).
It should be noted that the IPTU has not increased. The value was corrected only to 3.97% by the National Consumer Price Index (INPC) / Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE)
