MEPs call on the TCU to put an end to the suspension of the new transposition procedures | Amapá

Senator of Amapá, Randolfe Rodrigues (Network), based in Brasilia, indicated that the group of parliamentarians wanted to have a dialogue with the rapporteurs of the TCU. They have until February 7 to prohibit the decision.

The decision of the TCU establishes, as a preventive measure, that the Special Secretariat for the Debureaucratisation of the Ministry of the Economy does not supplement the number of federal staff, even if the Commission is in favor of it. of the former federal territories. Rondônia, Amapá and Roraima.

Nearly 43,000 agents from the three states are being badyzed at the Ministry of the Economy. Of this number, about 20,000 come from Amapá.

The Special Secretariat has 15 days to express itself on this subject with the TCU. Ministers also decided to monitor the procedures adopted by the Chamber of Judgments badessing transposition requests.

With the Constitutional Amendment 98 of 2017, the scope of the rights of the servers to be transposed has increased considerably. The Attorney General has asked the CGU to investigate the inappropriate transposition of employees, for example without a call for public offerings. Nearly 8,000 workers have already joined the federal framework in all three states.
