Two of these attacks occurred against collectives who built morning transportation lines in Messejana neighborhoods in Fortaleza.

Another incident was reported in the municipality of Aracati. a metropolitan area where thugs set fire to a bus that was parked at the bus station

There was also a fire in a bus carrying pbadengers to Maranguape, another municipality in the metropolitan area.

Public transit companies operating in Greater Fortaleza managed to pull vehicles out of the road at dawn, but transportation resumed early in the morning.

In addition to the attacks on public transportation, the local press reported that a car from a car school had been burned with two occupants inside the vehicle, in Conju. in São Cristóvão, in the district of Jangurussu in Fortaleza.

Both men were injured, but without risk of death.

A 5-year-old boy died as a result of a bullet in the town of Eusebio, a city in the metropolitan area of ​​Fortaleza.

There is no information on the motives of the crime nor any connection with the attacks perpetrated in the state.

Criminals also attempted to blow up the Tapebas Bridge, located in the BR-222, in the municipality of Caucaia, in the metropolitan area, around 2 am. The explosion damaged part of the ground of the bridge and dug a hole in the place.
