The device developed by the Serafim startup is running on macOS and Windows systems. It is available in black and silver and its price is $ 69 – equivalent to $ 260, in direct conversion (without national taxes). Value does not take into account shipping rates in Brazil, which vary by store.

In addition to providing more movement than an ordinary touchpad, the system still has a triangle in the middle that functions as a customizable button. Thus, the user can perform more commonly used actions on Windows or Mac at his discretion. The device connects to the computer via a USB 2.0 port, also a power source.

Originally called ODiN Aurora, the small gadget is about 4 cm wide and 5 cm high, weighing only 40 grams. The dimensions are smaller than those of a conventional mouse – which should mean even more ease of transport.

The cubic body allows the device to stand up. With a design that refers to the features of a face, ODiN has infrared sensors located in its "mouth" and "eyes", responsible for capturing finger movements. At the "front" is the laser projection screen, which creates the work area of 8 x 8 cm.

Gadgets to "replace" the mouse are always released. Microsoft recently registered the patent for a device similar to Stylus Stylus, which brings a component working as the scroll button of the mouse.
