An aircraft from Latam Brazil had to stop taking off at Afonso Pena airport in São José dos Pinhais, in the metropolitan area of Curitiba, early Thursday afternoon (24). Minister Edson Fachin of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) was on board.
Flight 3032 to São Paulo Congonhas airport canceled take-off at 11:19 am, accelerating its trajectory. After the abandonment of the procedure, the aircraft returned to the pbadenger terminal.
The Airbus A320 aircraft, model PT-MZW, remained in the terminal approximately one hour before resuming take-off, which took place at 12:44. The aircraft landed at Congonhas at 1335
According to a pbadenger interviewed in the report Gazeta do Povo the commander should have canceled the takeoff because it had been reported
Minister Fachin replaced Teori Zavascki in the STF Lava Jato report. Zavascki died in a plane crash on January 19, 2017 on the coast of Rio de Janeiro.
