The reconstruction of the murder of a 24-year-old girl, stabbed to death in January in Santos, off São Paulo, due to a vacancy, occurs Tuesday (3).
According to G1 Santos, the crime occurred on January 13 in the Monte Cabrão neighborhood, the first time the murder took place in June, but the defendants did not hear it because the defense asked for the reconstruction of the facts. According to the police, Angelica da Cruz, 27, stabbed her neighbors and disabled Erica Oliveira da Silva and injured her two sisters, Deborah, 22, and Danielle, 29.
The motivation, in addition to being brigades, supposedly occurred because of an investment. Angelica would like the vacancy of an administrative badistant occupied by Erica in a neighborhood business.
During the fight, investigations indicate that members of Angelica's family helped stab Erica and her two sisters. As a result, the father, stepmother and husband of the accused were also arrested. The younger brother is also suspected of having participated in the crime, but he is a minor and will not answer criminally.
