Amended Benefits

Currently, justice recognizes such relationships based solely on testimonial evidence. Beginning on the day of death, children under the age of 16 will be required to claim the benefit within 180 days of the insured's death.
For Rural Retirees, the new standard provides for the creation by Ministries of Economy and Agriculture, in partnership with federal, regional and municipal agencies, of a register of insured persons which includes those entitled to rural retirement.
This will create the National Social Information Register (CNIS), which will become the only way to prove rural working time without contribution from 2020.
