A disease awareness program for badually transmitted diseases is being prepared in Recife for this Saturday (1st) World AIDS Day. By that time, 100 vacancies will be available for testing for HIV and syphilis in the Boa Vista neighborhood, the center of the city. The campaign is also taking place in other health facilities. The action will be open to the general public and will take place from 8:00 to 12:00
In Boa Vista, testing will take place at the testing and counseling center (CTA) located at the Policlínica Gouveia de Barros. The Recife Health Secretariat will also conduct rapid testing for HIV, syphilis and viral hepatitis in more than 100 health units.
Even as part of the programming, there will be a workshop for professionals who deal with street users with a history of alcohol and drug use. The training will take place in the auditorium of Facipe Caxangá, between 4 and 6 December.
Application
According to City Hall, it is already possible to use in the city the application "Here are condoms" where residents of Recife can use the Internet to locate the city. the nearest condom collection unit and perform the rapid test for the detection of badually transmitted infections (STIs).
