Recife wins regular flights from Azul to three Brazilian cities

The 2,800 kilometers that separate the cities will be filled six times a week on flights of just over three hours duration.

For Curitiba, daily frequencies arrive in the morning. Both markets will be served by model Airbus A320neo models, seating up to 174 customers. From Recife to Cuiabá, operations, which also begin today, will take place on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays, with Embraer aircraft, which have 118 seats.

Daniel Tkacz, director of mesh planning at Azul, points out that new flights extend the possibilities of connections to Recife and reinforce the hub of the company, which reaches 55 daily connections to 29 destinations .

In addition to direct flights between destinations, customers departing from the capital of the Amazon will be able to reach most other cities in the Northeast more quickly. and convenience. In Recife, it will be possible to establish connections with Aracaju, Fortaleza, João Pessoa, Juazeiro do Norte, Maceio, Natal, Salvador, Petrolina, Teresina and Fort Lauderdale.
