Redmi, a subsidiary of Xiaomi, is about to announce the group's first smartphone with Android Go, the lightest and most dedicated version of Google's intermediary and system input devices. However, prior to the official announcement, complete images and specifications of the device have been disclosed on the Web.

According to images released by Ishan Agarwal, the Redmi Go will feature a 5.0-inch HD resolution LCD, Snapdragon 425, 1GB RAM, 8 Go for internal storage and a rear camera. 8 MP and 5 MP before.
The Redmi / Xiaomi smartphone will be available in blue and black and its images show a very simple device, something common for an entry model. It has thick edges and three capacitive buttons at the base of the front – because it's a basic unit, it does not come with a fingerprint reader.
There is still no price information or release date for Redmi Go.
