P ode that folding smartphones will still take a while to reach the market, but that they could not be more deceived because there are already at least one for sale. It is called Royole FlexPai and can currently be bought in China for 8,999 yuan (about 1,148 euros).

But what does Royole FlexPai really propose? The Verge has received a copy and indicates that the device can be used as a tablet and that, if you decide to fold the screen, it can be used as two smartphones, one on each face. What is more interesting is that the device allows to integrate two SIM cards and to present different information on each of the faces depending on the operator.

Although this is an interesting preview of the near future that will be provided by collapsible smartphones, remember that Samsung has already presented its copy in public – the US publication takes the opportunity to note that there are still some problems to solve with the format.
