It is with great regret that we report the death of the military police officer Rômulo dos Santos Oliveira, who was working at Getam de Itabaiana. He had struggled with a rare type of leukemia since January last year, and unfortunately did not resist and died this afternoon, 27.
In Getam Romulo faced the crime; In life, he faced cancer, got beaten up and had faith until the end, but unfortunately he had to say goodbye to life here on earth, even though he did not know what he was doing. he even found a compatible bone marrow donor.
The police officer's body will be veiled at Getam headquarters in Itabaiana, Av. Dr. Luís Magalhães. We will soon disclose the location and time of burial.
Throughout 2017 and this first half of 2018, the Itnet portal has always been with Rômulo, publishing campaigns for help, giving blood and encouraging his victory. The news of his death is heartbreaking for us all.
