Samsung Experience Launcher supports screen rotation on Galaxy S8 and Note 8

[ad_1]

Samsung's latest smartphones share the same Android-modified interface of the company, named after Samsung Experience . However, not all features are available on all models.

An example of this was the rotation of the company's screen launcher, which came with the Galaxy S9. This was a long-awaited feature of the Galaxy lineup and was finally released to the owners of S8 and Note 8.

If you are using the Samsung launcher and have not yet received the news on yours, just access the settings and select On the Home Screen .

When you install version 9.0.10.76 you will notice that a new option is available in the settings menu: only Portrait Mode . It is enabled by default, which prevents rotation of the system startup screen.

To allow all the content to rotate on your Galaxy home screen, just turn off this option and you're done. The operation is exactly the same as the one we have in S9. It is interesting to see that Samsung publishes the news of its latest flagship for the old models of the company.

We can expect that the Galaxy Note 9 brings new features for Samsung Experience 9.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. Hopefully South Korea will also bring new features to their current products when Android P will be available to them.

In the meantime, please comment below if you are using the Samsung Launcher or if you prefer a workaround such as the New Launcher or another.
