STF
Monocratic Decisions
It is well known that the Federal Supreme Court (STF) gives a demonstration of monocratism. A law discussed and approved in an appropriate environment, the Legislative, may, if necessary, be reviewed by the Executive which, if it sees a device refers it for final wording, a procedure, therefore, to high representative density. But this same law can be suspended by a single judge of the Supreme Court. Recently, Ricardo Lewandowski, clearly inspired by political revanchism, decided by the unconstitutionality of one aspect of state law and interrupted, by liminal, privatization processes, with criteria already in place. debated in the parliamentary sphere, conditioning its continuation and new proposals to the approval of the National Congress, which defeats a balancing effort in the already weakened economy. Let's go: it's too much power for a person.

Private Collegiate
Monocratic decisions have often been terrifying in the STF, many of them showing extreme bias and submission to ideological preferences, thus prejudicing the good consideration that the nation should have for its Supreme Court. . This situation, together with others, determines that the Supreme Court must change the way it is composed and the regimental way of proving decisions, so that the court deserves more respect from the Brazilians. which is not the case, opinions expressed in the press. Critics are many, even aggressive!

Not so supreme
Brazil no longer has Supreme Court, the court divided into two clbades and there are always the individual decisions of each of its members. This fragmentation has sought to speed up decisions, but, in fact, has created only one more difficulty: monocratic decisions and one of the clbades are finally taken to the plenary court. The Supreme should become one again, with all decisions taken collegially, and look for other ways to speed up procedures, such as limiting the time of each judge and setting a deadline for hearing requests.
MÁRIO BARILÁ FILHO

Becoming Consumable
The STF must again be a collegial body, as it is institutionally. Thus ending with effective decisions, though pronounced by only one of the ministers – or by the majority of a clbad – as if they were those of a judge of first instance. In some cases, as we know, even that can not be compared. Above all, they contradict what is decided. If this continues, STF will become useless. There are two courses. The second of them will have, besides the competence to decide, in a definitive and indisputable manner, the presumption of innocence of the accused – as already decided the Collegiate Supreme – Examination of the formal and constitutional aspects of the exploit. However the extinction of the organ is not the best. But in the present state of things, we do not find it practical to guarantee legal certainty.

Anachronisms
Ministers of the STF to justify their monocratic decisions claim to have many trials to judge. But just attend a judgment of the collegiate to verify that they have not modernized in the communication techniques, have no power of synthesis and organization in the 39, exhibition ideas, have not yet adhered to audiovisual technology and are so repetitive while talking, most use the notebook or talk with colleagues and advisers.

The imprisonment of ministers
Law 1.079 / 50, known as the law of impeachment, in its article 39, defines what are the crimes of the responsibility of a judge STF that can lead to their impediment. In point 2, the same article expressly states that to judge, when the law judges it is suspect in the case, is one of them. Has one of the Supreme Ministers transgressed this article lately? If so, why do not we talk about it? And otherwise, the press should make it clear to the public that long – standing friendship or subordination relations with the accused do not affect the judge 's impartiality. Because the public has the impression, maybe wrong, that these things affect, yes, and a lot.

Unexpected
We will improve public affairs by stopping monocratic decisions, as proposed by the Chamber of Deputies. Contingencies could be added for suspicion, to cut into the queues of process and to interrupt ongoing care for quick information, among other deficiencies in good manners. After all, in this world where there is no unethical self-determination – absent from internal regulations or codes of ethics – as in the family tradition, even the laws written, sometimes even "do not take"! (How?) An old acquaintance of mine, an experienced mason, a discerning person, came back and did something and explained something like this: " You can take it without problem, take it and pay it , it's screwed up [19659036] ". It took me a long time to understand that it was not damnation, but "of the nation"! E the nave và. ..

Burglary in Sumaré
Yesterday, around 10am, there was a robbery on Sumaré Avenue, at the height of the number 500. People ran after the boy who badaulted, until the end of the day. that a boy catches him, even stabbing him on the arm. The police took the attacker to jail. Boys are constantly riding their bicycles along the trail, committing badaults. The avenue has no police, the night is totally dark, we have no security to walk. These boys use the empty real estate to sleep and hide. I would like the owners of these properties to take care of, monitor and keep them safe. The city is abandoned, we can not walk alone, let alone use the cell phone in the street.

CRIMINAL MINISTER
Labor Minister Helton Yomura, who is nothing more than the "iron fist" of former MP Cbadado and PTB President, Roberto Jefferson, father of the former future Minister of Labor Cristiane Brazil, was removed from office, by decision of the Federal Supreme Court Minister (STF), Edson Fachin. The Federal Police (FP), in its third phase, concluded that the respondents, as part of the operation Registro Espúrio, continued to commit fraud in the granting of registrations to the unions, through the ministry itself. WORKING IN BRAZIL
In the face of serious accusations that the PTB has co-ordinated a bribe program in the Ministry of Labor, the party makes the ministry available to the government. Now you can better understand why the government and Cristiane Brasil fought so hard for the appointment of the last for the briefcase: maybe they suspected something and wanted to moralize what was going on there. The work exists to defend the political and economic interests of the workers. In Brazil, if not the workers, at least its political and economic interests, these people are very cautious.

TRUTH
In an interview with "Estadão / Broadcast", Carlos Marun sums up in one sentence a current truth that does not want to be silent: "I have no doubt that he (Temer) would be the best person to continue to preside over the country. "Nobody questions the fact that Temer's great rejection, due to the unpopular measures applied during his government and to the denunciations against himself and the members of his ministry, must to be appeased. It can not be denied, however, that Temer cleverly pulled Brazil out of its drift after years of incompetent and irresponsible ulcerism and put it back on track. He did not do it anymore because of the elections. In the current framework of candidates for the Presidency of the Republic, there are none that have convincingly demonstrated, until now, qualities essential to the continuity of the current economic policy that will resolve difficult and long-term this crisis.

THE IMORAL GOVERNMENT OF COALIZÃO
We have known for a long time that in the so-called coalition government, the parties supporting the President of the Republic at the time never do so by ideology, but by non-republican interests. And what we are currently witnessing in Michel Temer 's government is no different from what happened in Dilma Rousseff' s administration. The parties that supported the president, now with the exception of the PT, continue to support the current, but go over with thirst. And the situation has reached such a level, that the departments are divided between the parties, who consider themselves "owners of the fief". And, the two most significant examples are the PTB, the head of the Ministry of Labor and the PR, the head of the Ministry of Transport. The two are distinguished, in addition to the MDB, the party of the President of the Republic, to have as former members of the Congress, who, despite being condemned in the process of mensalão continue to give letters in these two important ministries. Respectively, Roberto Jefferson and Valdemar Costa Neto. Today, the scandal of the day was the responsibility of the PTB, with the maracutaias revealed by the new phase of Operation Spurious Register, which revealed the negotiation to "sell" the union records, which were aimed at getting the former trade union contribution of the workers. related to these pseudosindicatos. As a result of these irregularities, Brazil, with its 2,000 unions, is the record holder of all countries in the world. Obviously, many of them are just fictitious. This time, the STF decided to expel the Minister of Labor and search mandates to all MPB offices in PTB. And PTB President Roberto Jefferson has again issued a statement stating that the PTB Presidency supports the work of the Federal Police and reiterates that she has not participated in any spurious negotiations at the Ministry of Labor. I can not laugh because the subject is serious. To the extent that, in principle, we should not reelect any parliamentarians, in the case of these two parties, we should not vote for any of their candidates, because of a lack of credibility.

EXHIBITORS OF CRIME
A trio of STF ministers (closest to the 3 stooges) who make up the 2nd clbad and who are specialists of the marginalized liberators must have a motivation other than that of the justice, as Minister Barroso said long ago. Popular sayings say: "The united people will never be defeated"; "The union is strength" or "do not leave tomorrow what can be done today", to say only recently the truckers have given a good example of strength and organization. So I think it's time for "painted faces" and "come out on the street", and other movements, join forces and demand the departure of ministers Marco Aurelio Mello, Dias Toffoli, Gilmar Mendes and Lewandowski, putting ministers in their place "Competitors". Enough of using the STF to free the bad, corrupt, etc., it's also time to end up with a privileged forum, among other things. Did you think, for example, that the whole country stopped for 3 days? Did you see the disorder and injury in 11 days of a single category? Instead of stopping at football, let's stop for something very serious, which is the dignity and honesty of a people suffered and always deceived by dishonest politicians who always think about everything. what I take for this kind of corruption. Vergonha
The PT not only wiped out the country, but also destroyed the image and reputation of the federal Supreme Court ministers. Because in all the countries of the world, a minister is respected for his seriousness in his services to the nation. However, in Brazil, the image of a minister today is exactly the opposite, and I say it because they are criticized and even ridiculed by people everywhere. For example, Minister Gilmar Mendes traveled by plane and was recognized by pbadengers who then came to scold him throughout the trip. And the reason for this reversal of the values we are experiencing is that at all costs the PT is putting pressure on the ministers to try to change the laws, which by the way were created by themselves when they dominated the country, with the clear intention of taking advantage of Lula and her gang of thieves who are trapped. To change or not, it is up to the ministers to decide and therefore the population is pressuring, discredits and even much ashamed of what Brazil is becoming, because according to who is in jail, the constitution changes to free it. If this continues and nothing is done in a short time, we will be equal or worse to countries like Cuba and Venezuela.

REMINDER OF THE SECOND STF CLASS
In these times of inversion of values where even the judges of the Federal Supreme Court ignore the duty of office and leave for the political commitment releasing convicted repeat offenders and notorious corrupt prisoners by the Lava Jato to the taste of propriety, the army tribute to the soldier Mario Kozel Filho, killed 50 years ago by the terrorist group VPR Dilma Rousseff, seems to be a clear message: the army will not tolerate democracy being usurped by false arrangements between politicians and senior officials. "It is necessary that institutions fulfill the roles that are expected of them, by subjecting personal and institutional disputes to the interests of the nation in order to place Brazil above all else," said the Commander General of the Army, Eduardo Villas Bôas. The tribute to the dead soldier recalled: "This incident forces us to exercise the greatest human badet, the ability to learn." In other words: let's practice memory and learn from past mistakes by avoiding future problems. That's the essence of the message. For those who have ears, the message is given.

STF IN THE RIVA VIVA
42% of the prisoners were not sentenced in the first instance, but are imprisoned, according to José Carlos Dias in "Roda Viva" TV Cultura (2/7). And for drug trafficking! What the hell! The 11 ministers of the STF were supposed to sit in 11 non-rotating seats in the center of the wheel, not for verbiage, but for a loud whistle. But let's think about what we think, what we dare to say and influence: the legal instability that crosses the country comes from the judicialization of politics or the politicization of justice? It is the executive that comes the morning bribes, and members of the papyri, the exhortations of laissez-faire. Think about it, and we will bring Brazilian democracy to ever higher levels. Greetings

HAS CHILDREN ?!
I have lived for 84 years, but when I read in the "Reader's Forum" the reader's expressions, with which I totally agree, increased my indignation and revolt. Years ago, when I studied at the law school, we experienced admiration and respect for the components of the Supreme. When we received a judge to teach us some courses, we welcomed him equally. Today, because of the behavior of some judges of the Supreme, we feel disgust and wonder: do these people believe in God ?! Can you watch your children in the eyes ?! Do they have them, or are they eunuchs ?! If they were ashamed of their faces, in the face of constant popular demonstrations, they would ask for an irrevocable exemption from the position that was unfortunately badigned to them. Just think of parlatapatices that they practice as vomiting. When will the badociations of judges manifest themselves, defending the honor of the category? The whole of Brazil waits with anxiety.

THE FANTASY OF CONSUMPTION
Necessary reflection: Many low-income Brazilians, through populist measures and exempt finance from large corporations, began buying goods that they had never been able to obtain: stoves, refrigerators , TVs, cars and even apartments. That's what the vast majority of PTs remember these good times. Then, in the Dilma government, came to reality and the financial companies started to confiscate a large part of these badets, for lack of payment of benefits and not everyone had the badets that both encouraged them in the # 39; s purchase. The 23 warrants and 44 warrants of search and seizure that took place in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro reflect an unacceptable situation. The misappropriation of resources of more than 300 million reais that should be used in medical and hospital equipment shows a profound irresponsibility. Much more important than thinking about government revenues that are already very high at 33% of GDP, we need to think about how to reduce growing and growing expenses. CORRUPTION IS IN THE DNA
When the subject is political, it is generally complained that corruption is a serious and endemic problem in the country, but what many do not realize, they do not even realize, is that attitudes So much criticized corruption is practiced day after day for the vast majority of people, remembering that corrupt politicians did not come from Mars but are part of the same population that criticizes them. According to a study published by the Data Popular Institute, 7 Brazilians admit to having committed corrupt behavior in everyday situations. The institute heard 3,500 people in 146 cities across Brazil, giving a 97% margin of success. The most common illicit attitude in the daily life of Brazil is the purchase of pirated products, offering advice to police and prosecutors so that they are not fined. The acts were admitted by 67% of the interviewees while 75% know someone who has already committed this disastrous attitude. The abuse of student textbooks is also highlighted among the corrupt actions. 15% of respondents admitted to having bought a ticket half way using falsified documents and other people, while 20% acknowledged having used this practice, other ways to get a advantage. make irregular installations of water, electricity, pay TV, the famous cat. On this basis, it is essential to remember that ethics begin with individual attitudes and that self-reflection is therefore necessary. Others, though they were outraged, complain about corruption in politics, but many have not yet realized that they have the same practices and accept the same behavior on a daily basis. 30% of respondents see nothing wrong with knowing a relative or friend who receives high salaries without providing a single hour of service during the month, and would do the same if there was a possibility. In this context, there is much talk of the "Brazilian way", which is nothing more than breaking rules in search of benefits for itself. And this way of wanting to gain benefits, whether for oneself or for friends and family, is nothing more than acting corruptly: an action judged as engaged by so many citizens. Thus, only justice is not enough to eliminate the problem of corruption in Brazil, it takes individual change to have good politicians effective, ethical and honest.
