The Ministry of Education (MEC) released Tuesday (18) updated list with the best courses of higher education institutions of Espírito Santo. In the evaluation, seven courses reached the maximum mark. The grades vary from 1 to 5, 4 and 5 are considered excellent and grades less than 3 are not satisfactory.
Three courses of the University of Vila Velha (UVV) were rated with a maximum score: biological sciences, computer science. and information systems. In addition to the UVV, Multivix Vitória features a five-year pedagogical concept, as well as UCL (Faculty of Central-East), which has reached a maximum in production engineering.
The other two courses evaluated with a maximum score are: Faesa's environmental engineering and information system of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Education. the technology of Espírito Santo (Ifes).
The evaluation covers the year 2017 and presents the following quality and performance indicators: general route index (GCI) and preliminary course concept (CPC).
The indicators reflect the performance of students in the National Student Performance Examination (Enade). the added value of the graduation course; the profile of the faculty; and the perception of the conditions of the formation process
