Smiles, a loyalty program that will again be managed by Gol Airlines launches a platform to educate consumers to take full advantage of their miles. The initiative has been pulling since April 2016.

According to the company, Brazilians have lost more than 320 billion points accumulated on their credit cards since 2010.

"It is urgent to promote an education financial for the use of miles.We are in a new era, where consumers are completely sovereign.They want more transparent brands and that is exactly what we want with this platform, "said Loraine Ricino, Marketing Director of the company.

The content will be distributed via more than 30 communication channels, with direct marketing actions. , blogs, social networks and promotions, among others, and will feature a new channel on YouTube, Te Levo de Milhas produced by Spray Films.

The first season of channel programs has already been confirmed, with eight episodes. The idea is to turn it into a permanent platform of content, in which the videos will not have the brand of the company.
