Two Santa Catarina are among the athletes who died after the fire of that occurred at the Flamengo Training Center (TC) in Rio de Janeiro, at dawn this Friday (8). Vitor Isaías, a native of Florianópolis, and Bernardo Pisetta, from Indaial, in the valley of Itajaí, were in the lodge at the time of the fire. The fire started at dawn on this Friday (8), in the unit located in Vargem Grande, in the western zone.
The death of athletes has been confirmed by relatives. The official list with the names of the victims has not been published yet. Bernardo was confirmed by the Rio de Janeiro authorities in a statement to his parents. The teenager played the role of goalkeeper and was dubbed by Avaí.
Vitor Isaías, 15, was an attacker and six months ago he was playing for the red-black club after being transferred from athletics.
Alexandre de Lima is Bernardo's cousin and says that the boy's parents went to Rio de Janeiro. Bernardo was at Indaial until Monday, when he returned to work at the Flamengo base.

The flames reached the premises where they slept players aged 14 to 17 who did not live in Rio from Janeiro. It is still unclear what caused the fire that injured three teenagers.
