Law No. 13,770, which guarantees reconstructive plastic bad surgery in case of mutilation resulting from a cancer treatment, was published in the Official Journal of the Union

The law also provides that, when there are technical conditions, bad reconstruction is performed immediately. When this is not possible, the patient will be referred for follow-up and it will be guaranteed that the operation will be performed shortly after reaching the required clinical conditions.
The standard comes into force in 180 days. with the National Cancer Institute (Inca), bad cancer is a disease caused by the disorderly multiplication of bad cells. The process generates abnormal cells that multiply, forming a tumor.
There are many types of bad cancer and the disease can evolve in different ways. Some types have a rapid development while others grow more slowly.

. In 2010, 59,700 new cases of bad cancer are expected in the country
