The inauguration will be done in four stages, beginning in the afternoon by an ecumenical service in the Cathedral of Brasilia. From there, Bolsonaro must parade alongside his first lady, Michelle Bolsonaro, in a vehicle that will take him to the National Congress, where he will take up his duties as president. The list of guests of Bolsonaro and the first lady of the congress are 140 people. The group is composed mainly of family members and officials of the elected president's cabinet. It is expected that about 2,000 people will be invited to this inauguration phase, which will include the presence of deputies, senators, former parliamentarians and elected officials in the legislature in October.

In the legislature, the oath takes place and a speech of the elect, who then goes to the palace of Plbadto to receive the banner of the current President of the Republic, Michel Temer.

The guest list for the Plbadto should be reduced because the capacity of the noble room of the building is 1500 people maximum. According to relatives of the organization of the event, the number of people present should be limited for security reasons.

The ceremony of the Presidency of the Republic will invite ministers, heads of power and presidents of municipalities and public banks. Bolsonaro and Temer are also entitled to a list of guests. The transitional government team did not reveal the names of those who will be appointed to power
