The problem is that this robot, which even had a name – Boris – was not exactly that, but rather a person dressed in robot, as you can see in several excerpts from the Russian Television report. In fact, it is a very realistic fantasy and it is even on sale on a Russian website called Show Robots for 250 000 rubles, the equivalent of 14.5 thousand R $ [19659002] 
Apparently, this was not a joke created by the organizers of the technological event, but rather a misconception committed by the report that a true Robot was considered a costumed man. Several spectators noticed in a scene that it was clearly a person lying under this robot carcbad.
