RIO – On Monday, Jair Bolsonaro, the Minister of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE), Admar Gonzaga Neto, turned his back on an audience of 700 officials and invited, when it was decided that the national anthem Brazilian would be executed. Admar turned to the national flag, hoisted to the plenary session of the court, as soon as the anthem began to play. On Twitter, the fact that the minister turns his back causes surprise and generates both criticism and praise. The official profile of the TSE indicated that Admar was facing the "symbol of the country", a sign of respect for the national flag.
Is it my impression or the current Bolsonaro diplomacy at the TSE that has a judge on its back ?!

Law No. 5.00 of 1971, which governs the form and presentation of national symbols, states that, in the execution of the "national hymn", each shall "stand up" and "show" the ecclesiastical teams with the state of discovery and military status in accordance with the regulations of the respective corporations "indicated in the text in the following manner
The Manual of Events of the Senate simply states that everyone should get up during the performance of the national anthem.
