A family from Salinas, California, was using their new Ring security camera for about a month before capturing these nightmarish images: a stranger licking his ring at around 5 am Saturday (5)
According to KION local diffuser of Salinas, the owners were alerted when the security system has triggered the security system. They were traveling at the time, but their children were supposedly inside the house.
The KHOU published a disturbing one-minute video of the licking section, but the press reports that bizarre activity lasted more than three hours.

Police told the broadcaster that she was able to identify the 33-year-old suspect because the shooting was particularly clear.
Somewhere, the owner of the house, Sylvia Dungan, does not seem very well horrified by the incident. "We laugh a little later, because, technically, he did nothing," said Dungan to KION .
A representative of the Salinas Police Department, Miguel Cabrera, told Gizmodo that police contacted the suspect and forwarded the case to the Monterey County District Attorney's Office. The suspect faces charges of robbery, rounding and violation of parole. "This guy was acting strangely," Cabrera said. "I do not know why he did it.I've been a policeman for 23 years and I've never seen anything like it."
