Minister Dias Toffoli, President of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), today rejected (9) the request by the National Federation of Lawyers to suspend the decision of the federal government that exempted the Ministry of Labor and determined the distribution of tasks.
In the decision, Toffoli understood that the federation did not have the legal capacity to seize the Supreme Court with an action of non-respect of the fundamental precept (ADPF) to call into question the extinction. In action, the federation alleged that the measures had dissolved the structure of protection of the work.
