This time, the opponent is Corinthians, in a match valid for the semifinal of the junior football of Copa São Paulo. Commander of the Basque team in the competition, coach Marcos Valadares spoke about the development of players and stressed that he believed in another great team game.

– The expectations are very positive. The athletes are very confident, especially in the context of the São Paulo Cup, for everything that was built during pre-competition training, team development, good performances in the RS Cup and now in this competition. It is a process of growth for those under 20 who arrives confident of getting a good start. I think we are going to play a good game and represent Vasco's shirt, which has a very big shirt. Especially in the process of training – said the coach.

For this Friday's showdown, Vasco will have another opponent: Corinthians fans. The Paulist Federation has published just over 2,000 tickets for Basque. Although lower in the stands of the Barueri Arena, Marcos Valadares relies on the ability of the Giant Hill and waits for a great match:
