Two people shot dead in the shooting during an attempted attack on banks in Milagres, inside Ceará, died early Friday (7). With the dead, the number of deaths in the shooting rises to 14. Of the 14 victims, six were identified as hostages and six others are criminals; the police have no information about two other deceased persons.
Three suspects were arrested. The police will hear the detainees' testimony to try to identify the rest of the gang, according to Milagres military police.
Twelve patients died at the scene of the shooting at Presidente Vargas Street at the Miracle Center. Two people were shot dead in hospitals in the cities of Barro and Brejo Santo.
