. To fund these improvements, Vasco plans to create a real estate investment fund. Pedro Seixas, vice president of public works and club engineering, is expected to start raising funds in the second half of 2019.

Much of the funding needed would also come from the sale of booths. One of the ideas is to move to the current social booths.

Seixas also presented the construction project of a training center in Vargem Grande.
