RIO – Martha Rocha, state representative, went to the capital's homicide office, Barra da Tijuca, to testify early this afternoon,
after shooting down the car a few hours earlier
. The member said she learned in November that she was one of the targets of a group of militiamen who threatened the state authorities. Despite this, she did not say whether the events of this morning were related to the threats identified earlier.

– Who will say if it is an attempted theft or an attack is the civilian police – said.

. On this occasion, the deputy asked for a meeting with the president of Alerj, who was accompanied by the acting president of the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro (Alerj), André Ceciliano. At the meeting, an escort was offered to her, but the Vice President stated that she had refused the service, then asking for a risk badysis of the case. Martha Rocha returned the Alerj car that she was using, buying an armored vehicle.

– I said that I wanted a risk badysis to say whether or not they had foundations (denunciations). The persecution of the MP's car began at Avenida Brasil, while Martha Rocha helped her 88-year-old mother wear a seatbelt. Because of her mobility difficulties, the elderly woman is usually sitting in front. The driver also helped her and, when she came back to traffic, she noticed the approach of a vehicle. When they managed to hitch the cars, a man dressed in black, wearing a long-sleeved blouse, gloves and a mask, which stood on the dog stopping, was shot with a rifle.

Six to eight shots were fired in the Deputy Minister's car, on the body and on the two tires on the left. Nevertheless, the pilot managed to get to the sports club Olaria. The criminals then stopped their persecution and continued on Avenida Brasil. At this point, the driver stated that he was injured and had been shot at the ankle. The member asked for help and one of the vehicles that went instead helped her, by taking her to Getúlio Vargas Hospital, where the service was rendered.
